At Friends Depo, we aim to process and deliver your orders safely and on time.

ORDER PROCESSING

• Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after successful order confirmation.
• Each order is carefully packed before being handed over to our shipping partner.
• Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be shared with you, where available.

FREE SHIPPING

Friends Depo provides FREE SHIPPING on eligible orders across India.

There are no additional shipping charges for eligible orders at checkout.

DELIVERY TIME

• Standard delivery across India generally takes approximately 3–7 business days after dispatch.
• Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier service, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• Remote and certain serviceable locations may require additional delivery time.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is dispatched, tracking information will be shared through the contact details provided during checkout, where available.

You can use the tracking information to check the current status of your shipment.

DELIVERY ADDRESS

Please make sure that your name, complete delivery address, PIN code, and contact number are correct when placing your order.

Friends Depo will not be responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address or contact information provided by the customer.

DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

If the courier partner is unable to deliver the order because the customer is unavailable, does not respond to the courier, or provides an incorrect address or contact number, additional delivery attempts may be subject to the courier company's policies.

DELAYED OR LOST SHIPMENTS

Although we work with reliable shipping partners, unexpected delays may sometimes occur due to weather, transportation issues, public holidays, operational problems, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If your order appears to be significantly delayed or lost in transit, please contact Friends Depo Customer Support with your order number. We will coordinate with the shipping partner and assist you.

DAMAGED OR TAMPERED PACKAGE

If your package appears damaged, opened, or tampered with at the time of delivery:

• Please record a complete unboxing video before and while opening the package.
• Clearly show the outer packaging and shipping label in the video.
• Keep the packaging and product safely until the issue is resolved.
• Contact Friends Depo within 48 hours of receiving the order.
